On the occasion of the 2nd SaturnArs Biennial
the cultural association Kunst Grenzen-Border Art aps organizes
a modern and contemporary art exhibition
of painting, sculpture, graphics, photography
from 12 to 30 October 2024
The communication will take place on Tuesday 8 October 2024 at the prestigious Sala degli Affreschi of the Trento Municipal Library in Roma Str. 55 through the Municipality's Library and Historical Archive Service on the occasion of the official presentation of the SaturnArs 2024 event.
After the success of the first edition, in communion with bottled wine products, the Kunst Grenzen - Frontier Art aps cultural association in Roverè della Luna (Trento, IT-38030) proposes, at its headquarters and Gallery and in the affiliated venues, to all artists who request it locally, regionally, nationally and internationally, the 2nd Food and Wine Biennial of the Arts:
“SaturnArs”
The SATURNARS project proposes, together with a specially created staff and every two years, events between wine cellars, artistic exchanges, twinning and more, allowing a continuous and increasingly dense direct exchange between the various realities on a mountain and pre-mountain artery like the one represented by the Via Claudia Augusta which unites the city of Augsburg in Germany, passing through Austria and the Resia pass, up to Altino on one side and Ostiglia on the other.
After the harvests, artists and wine cellars will meet in an exhibition which will display both the paintings, sculpture, photography and prints, as well as the respective graphics printed on artist labels which will represent the best vintage wines made available by the participating wineries.
Also for the 2024 edition, SaturnArs asks each participating artist, through their own sensitivity and art, to interpret a wine chosen from the white wines, red wines and sparkling wines present at the event and which will be attributed to each artist randomly by the Management Kunst Grenzen.
The objective is to bring together two different Arts that represent territorial excellence and make them known to the general public through the exhibition and the Recognition of Merit that the wine commission of selected specialized sommeliers, the Kunst Grenzen artistic commission and the popular vote in presence will decide by vote.
