Adessi Annamaria

Annamaria Adessi was born in Trento in 1950. She graduated from the Art Institute "A. Vittoria" in Trento and obtained a degree in Sociology.
From 1978 to 2011 she taught Art in various schools. In 1977 she won the 1st Prize out of competition for graphics with "L'orecchio di Dioniso" at the 3rd Biennial of Painting and Graphics of the Valle dei Laghi.
In 1981 she illustrated some tables for "Proverbi del Trentino" by the ethnologist Umberto Raffaelli (Giunti - Martello editore 1981).
She painted a stained glass window dedicated to Don Bosco for the Maria Ausiliatrice Middle School.
Since 2012 she has participated in numerous artistic events in Italy and abroad (Yokohama, Moscow, etc.).
Since 2020 she has been an active member of the Kunst Grenzen-Arte di frontiera aps cultural association and participates in numerous initiatives such as "Grenzen", "Butterfly Wings" against violence against women, "Clouds: artist's journeys to remember" in collaboration with Visioni Altre di Venezia, "SOS Works for Radio Music Trento", "Rural civilization" 2021 edition, the "Kunst Grenzen 2022" exhibition on the Artsteps web platform, "Flash Personals", "Virginia Milici Archive Donation and Artist's Books Exhibition", the 2023 edition of "Versi in-forma" dedicated to the poet Mugdin Cehaic, "Modern and Contemporary Art Exhibition" in collaboration with Ar-Tre Casa d'Aste Trento, "Garda See Art" at the Forte di Nago, the traveling collective exhibition "Rotolo Art: art in travel" Massa Lombarda and Rovere' della Luna stop, "Homage to Bruno Munari" in collaboration with Visioni Altre di Venezia, the collective exhibition organized in collaboration with the autonomous region of Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol "Autonomy is an Art - Autonomie ist eine Kunst", and at the food and wine biennial of the Arts "SaturnArs" with the creation of designer wine labels.
