The artist was born in Milan in 1955, has lived in Trento since 1994. Teacher and watercolorist, from 2012 to 2017 she is a member of GAT (Gruppo Acquarellisti Trentini). For years she has dedicated herself to watercolor painting, drawing and fresco, having perfected what has always been her passion with very valid masters: Umberto Sancarlo, Toti Buratti and the Andromeda Studio of Trento, Sergio Tamassia of the School of art Pandora in Sorano (Gr), Silvia De Bastiani.

She exhibited in group exhibitions in the city of Trento, Rovereto and in the Province; since 2006 you have participated in the "Street Painters" initiative of the Vigiliane Festivals in Trento; you have exhibited in solo, in 2005 at the Povo district, a suburb of Trento, in 2007 and in 2011 at the Barycentro di Port’Aquila in Trento, in 2015 at the Trentino Alto-Adige Region. Since 2007 Renata has participated in the project "The artists' square", an initiative conceived by Barycentro, a social cooperative, to bring art to the streets and public spaces. In 2007 you designed a fresco laboratory for primary school with the didactic section of the MART in Rovereto. For years she has been invited to exhibit at the Amici del Colore exhibition in Mattarello (TN), on the occasion of the local festival. She was a member of the Acquarellisti Trentini GAT Group from 2012 to 2017, participating in annual collective exhibitions organized by the group in Trentino.

She has been president since 2013 of the ARRT Association, Artisti Riuniti Rovereto Trento, which deals with performing and visual arts.

In 2014 she participates in the collective exhibition Facè Arts in Merano organized by the curator Mary Sperti. Since 2016 you have participated annually in the art exhibition-event against child abuse "Souls without a voice", in Ravenna, Cervia, San Marino, Ferrara, with installations and works on the theme. In April 2017 she participates in the collective "Vis a vis" at the Don't panic association in Treviso. In the summer of 2019 she exhibits in Rome, as part of the collective "Rome in 100 cmquadri" at the Spazio 40 Gallery. At the beginning of 2020 she exhibits at the Alda Merini House Museum in Milan in a bi-solo show with her friend Alda Baglioni . You participate in the Mail Art-Postal Art movement at an international level; in 2013 she banned the Mail Art project "Music to the peoples", subsequently exhibiting the works received in Trento and in the province of Vicenza. In 2015 she proposed the "Mountains" project, exhibiting in Trentino in Castelbeseno and at the SAT (Tridentini Alpinists Society) in Trento.

In 2018/2019 she with the artist Paola Toffolon she realizes the Mail Art Project "Life is what happens ...", exhibiting her works at the Social Stone in Trento. In Postal Art projects you use mixed techniques, collage, printing.

As a teacher she proposed painting workshops and in the years 2016-17 she designed and created a mural together with the pupils at the Moggioli primary school in Trent, and in February 2020 the bi-personal "INTERSPAZIO" with Alda Baglioni. She loves to photograph and illustrate her travel experiences with sketches and small watercolors, producing travel diaries, participating in the projects of the Urban Sketchers.
