TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

What are cookies

Social buttons and widgets

Data provided voluntarily by the User

E-mail: the spontaneous sending of e-mails to the e-mail addresses indicated on our site involves the acquisition by the Owner of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data, including the attachments, included in the letter. The email boxes assigned to the addresses indicated on our site and any other email boxes of the Owner are not of a personal nature, not even when they contain the name and/or surname of a natural person. In fact, they belong to the Owner's organization and have the primary purpose of allowing work activities to be carried out within the Association. Therefore, in order to guarantee maximum organizational efficiency in communication and in the provision of services, messages forwarded to our email inboxes may be known not only by the recipient, but also by other people who are part of the Owner's organisation. By forwarding emails to the email addresses indicated on our site, the User declares to have read and accepted the processing conditions contained in this privacy policy.

Compilation of web forms: sending personal data and registering on a voluntary basis for services, initiatives, etc. through the compilation of specific web forms, involves the acquisition by the Owner of all the data entered by the User in the filled in fields, and the consequent processing in accordance with what is reported in the specific information provided for each individual web form.

PLACE OF TREATMENT

The data processing connected to the web services of the trade union organization's website as indicated above takes place at the headquarters of the Data Controller. With reference to the information generated by third-party cookies used by our site, these are communicated to Google Inc. and take place on Google's servers in the United States.

NATURE OF THE CONFERMENT

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the User is free to provide the personal data necessary in order to execute his specific requests. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

In the event of an express request and the circumstances authorized by law, the data may be communicated by the Data Controller to the Public Security Authorities and the Police forces.
