The cultural association Kunst Grenzen - Art of the frontier aps organizes an exhibition of modern and contemporary art of painting - sculpture - graphics - photography - poetry and video projection

The Kunst Grenzen Cultural Association in collaboration with the Proloco of Roveré della Luna (Tn), at its headquarters and exhibition hall, offers an artistic exhibition between painting, sculpture, graphics, photography, poetry and video projection, offering the space to all the artists who request it at the local, regional, national and international level, entitled:
"BUTTERFLY WINGS 2023"
EVENT PROGRAM:
INAUGURATION: Saturday 11 March
- 7.00 pm, presentation of the event, with the dancer Morgana Furlani who will dance to the tune of "Baraye" (from the Persian, "because of") the current hymn to the protests in Iran;
- 19.30, theatrical show "DONNE MIE", with the actors Ester D'Amato and Alfonso Masi; musical accompaniment by the Amarcord trio Patrick Coser (guitar), Luciano Maino (accordion), Michele Tovazzi (double bass).

- from 10.30, it will be possible to hear from the hands of the family of Alba Chiara Baroni, victim of feminicide in Tenno in the tragic summer of 2017 by the suicide boyfriend Mattia Stanga, the raw testimony of their tragic experience and of the solidarity project started in the name of the victim.

Each participant will be asked to interpret, through their own art, the female world already historically put to the test in the social sphere, but also and in particular with reference to news events in IRAN.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EXHIBITION
1.TECHNIQUES AND DIMENSIONS
The technique is free, chosen from the following:
1. painting and photography (max base 60 x h 100 cm approx.);
2. engraving;
3. sculpture (max 45x45x120 c) will instead be agreed for the total weight which cannot exceed 10 kg;
4. poetry;
5. Video projection on a TV screen for a maximum of 5 (five) works.
It is possible to participate in the exhibition with a maximum of two works.
It will be the artist's responsibility to send the images/texts in good definition (min. 300 dpi) via email to the following email address:

2. REGISTRATION
Registration will take place by completing the exhibition membership form (link), duly signed and complete with all the required data, together with the payment of € 30.00 of the registration fee to be made at the "Cassa Rurale Val di Non- Rotaliana e Giovo” of Roveré della Luna, -TN- in favor of:

The application form, duly completed, must be sent together with:
• images of the works you wish to participate in the event in high resolution .jpg format (at least 300 dpi);
• high resolution passport photo of the artist (at least 300 dpi) for the possible printing of brochures.

3. SHIPPING OR DELIVERY OF THE WORK(S).
The work/s can be carried by hand (for those who live nearby) or sent to the:

via a trusted courier WITHIN AND NO LATER THAN DEADLINE OF 4 March 2023 to allow the Association to carry out the tasks of organizing the exhibition in good time.
4. RETURN OF WORKS
The shipment of the works at the end of the exhibition will be organized within the next 20 days from the end of the exhibition event with the same method that was used for shipment/delivery.
The works will be returned to the artists at the end of the exhibition via MBE (or similar) affiliated with the Kunst Grenzen Association (unless personal preferences) duly packed.
Unsent works can be delivered, upon express request, directly to the artists in the editorial staff by appointment
5. WORKS INSURANCE
On request, there is the possibility of taking out insurance for the return transport of the works.
As regards the permanence in the exhibition hall, KG certifies that all necessary care will be taken for the optimal maintenance of the works. For this purpose, both the arrival and departure status of the works themselves will be documented.
6. SERVICES OFFERED
• Exhibition set-up / disassembly, continuous professional guarding throughout the visiting hours and duration of the same.
• Creation of a paper or virtual leaflet to highlight each participant in the exhibition with name, surname, photo of the work accompanied by title, format, technique, year of execution (taken from the application form).
• Sending virtual communication on web channels such as email, instagram, facebook, linkedin, etc… to all national and foreign contacts, made in pdf electronic format, which can also be freely conveyed by individual artists;
• contacts with journalists and collectors.
• a page will be created specifically for the event in which all the participating works will find space
• Photo shoot at the inauguration.
• refreshment.
The Organizer reserves the right to establish further rules and provisions deemed appropriate to better regulate the events and related services. The sending of the images of the works for selection is understood as acceptance of these regulations and constitutes, on the part of the artist, authorization to the kunst Grenzen Cultural Association to enter and process the personal data provided in its archive and to publish them by any means ( Privacy Law L. 675/96).
